Manager, ServiceNow Product and Analytics, Brampton, ON



This is a

18 month parental leave contract.




Responsible for managing product and portfolio management in addition to analytics and reporting for Loblaw ServiceNow platform and applications(Cloud based). Manage portfolio lifecycle for intakes, enhancements, integrations, and projects with product governance. Own and steer backlog of delivery items with release calendars. Manage Product Analysts to drive technology adoption within business and user groups. Work closely with Senior Manager, ServiceNow Platform for technical delivery of product solutions; ensuring system functionality and business processes are linked and interdependent.

What You'll Do:



Work with both IT and business teams to drive usage and adoption of ServiceNow solutions across Loblaw enterprise Identify, create and maintain user stories, prioritize functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements Develop and manage the product roadmap and be future focused using an innovative approach Manage a highly engaged team by being an inclusive coach, mentor, and role model for all team members to help grow and promote our diverse talent pool. Deliver communication and training materials, and hosting sessions to ensure adoption of systems and solutions Deliver management-level dashboards and reports on KPIs and metrics, answer key business questions to increase service quality and reduce costs of service delivery Prepare reports based on performance analysis and presenting to leadership audiences Provide real-time visibility into data and predictive forecasts for enhanced decision-making Manage third-party vendors and system integrators in operational and project capacities; maintaining vendor accountability and striving for partnership excellence

Technical Skills



Experience using admin/platform ServiceNow functions Knowledgeable in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and/or Reporting Knowledge of JavaScript Knowledge of ITIL processes Experience using PPM tools (eg. Jira, Confluence, Clarity) Strong MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Excel Experience synthesizing large data sets into a consumable format and story

Communication Skills



Strong written and oral presentation skills Experience and comfort presenting to senior leaders Advanced problem-solving ability through presentation and written skills Excellent ability to synthesize complexity into a concise, compelling, and cohesive story
