Key Responsibilities:

Resident Experience & Community Management:
Ensure the highest level of resident care, comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and integration of new residents into the community.
Plan and supervise community activities, events, and wellness programs.
Monitor resident feedback and continuously improve service offerings.

Operations & Compliance:
Oversee daily operations of the Senior Residences, including housekeeping, dining, wellness, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards across the facility.
Manage vendors and service providers related to senior living operations.

Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and support a team of caregiving, administrative, and support staff.
Promote a positive work environment that aligns with the mission of Skye Hotel & Residences.
Monitor staff performance, ensure adequate staffing levels, and oversee scheduling.

Financial & Administrative Management:
Prepare and manage budgets for the Senior Residences segment.
Monitor expenses, resource utilization, and efficiency of services.
Maintain accurate records related to residents, incidents, staff, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of elderly care standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and operational budgets.
