We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves managing staff, optimizing sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize store profitability Manage inventory purchasing, stock levels, and POS systems to ensure smooth operations Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Oversee cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks with accuracy Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to attract new customers Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates Monitor store budget adherence and manage expenses effectively Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and health standards Facilitate training & development programs for staff to enhance skills and performance

Requirements



Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and marketing techniques Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability in supervising teams, recruiting talent, and conducting interviews Customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales data using math skills for decision-making purposes Leadership qualities with a focus on training & development and team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
