As Travel Edge continues to expand into new markets, we are currently looking for a Manager of Sales, Training, and Development who excels in executing sales plans to achieve goals. You will drive business growth and profitability by identifying opportunities using a consultative sales approach. You will strategically lead the entire sales cycle, including effective lead qualification, proposal/RFP responses, and closing, while managing new accounts and ensuring efficient onboarding and ramp-up. You will also drive market presence by identifying and participating in events and activities that increase awareness of the Travel Edge brand. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. Your primary objectives as a trainer will include teaching effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and sales processes. You will also provide ongoing coaching, assessments, and performance feedback to ensure the continued growth and success of our sales force.
