What You'll Do:
In this leadership role, you will play a key part in the success of our brokerage by overseeing daily operations, mentoring agents, and driving office growth. Your responsibilities will include:
•Leadership & Management •
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to agents, helping them achieve their business goals.
• Maintain office profitability and ensure alignment with company objectives.
•Agent Development & Recruitment •
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support agent success.
• Attract and retain top real estate professionals to grow the office.
• Foster a positive and collaborative office culture.
•Training & Compliance •
• Ensure agents receive proper training and uphold industry regulations.
• Lead educational initiatives to enhance professional development.
•Strategic Planning & Engagement •
• Organize and lead weekly sales meetings, quarterly reviews, and industry events.
• Represent Royal LePage Atlantic within the organized real estate community.
• Maintain strong relationships with local boards and industry peers.
•Financial & Business Oversight •
• Work with leadership to manage budgets and compensation structures.
• Oversee office profitability and operational expenses.

What We're Looking For:
• A minimum of 2 years of real estate experience (manager's license required).
• Previous management, training, or leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills with a passion for helping people succeed.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action.
• Technological proficiency and experience with real estate tools.
• Financial understanding of budgets and operational expense management.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually (plus performance-based bonus potential).
• Vacation: 3 weeks per year + 10 paid sick days.
• Company-covered expenses related to licensing and a provided Telus phone plan.
• RRSP Matching: Up to 3% company match after one year.
