What You'll Do

As Manager, Roads Services, you will:

Lead and inspire the Roads team, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely maintenance of asphalt, gravel, and concrete surfaces, as well as traffic control devices Manage long and short-term operational planning and capital improvements Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for roads operations Implement and champion the Town's health and safety programs Work collaboratively across departments to enhance Cochrane's transportation systems and respond to resident needs Provide technical leadership in road design, construction, and traffic management

Who You Are

You are a dynamic, solution-oriented leader who brings:

Preferably a degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (CET, P.Eng., or PMP). An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. 7+ years of related experience, including leadership in road operations or infrastructure management (municipal experience preferred) Expertise in road construction, design standards (TAC, CSA), and traffic systems Strong budgeting, project management, and communication skills A people-first approach, with a passion for building high-performing teams
