Food handler certificate an The Dairy Queen Treats Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, team performance, and product quality. The Manager plays a key role in driving sales, managing labor and inventory, and maintaining compliance with all food safety and DQ brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Dairy Queen Treats store, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and develop a team of crew members through training, coaching, and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with Dairy Queen brand standards, food safety guidelines, and local health regulations. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage food cost and waste. Create and manage staff schedules to optimize labor while maintaining coverage during peak hours. Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and positive manner. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper equipment operation. Analyze store performance metrics and assist with strategies to achieve sales goals. Handle basic administrative tasks including payroll reporting, cash handling, and daily deposits. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

experience in food service, quick service, or retail preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed. Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, freezers, ).
