Hive & Co Property Management Inc. is seeking an experienced

Property Manager

to join our growing team in Revelstoke. This is a senior, hands-on role suited for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day operations, client relationships, and full property management responsibilities.

Role Overview

The Property Manager will oversee

all aspects of property management

, including operations, guest services, accounting, and client relations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in resolving issues efficiently as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all guest communication, bookings, and calendars Oversee check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and quality control Oversee coordination of cleaning, maintenance, contractors, and emergency issues Handle full accounting duties, including owner statements, reconciliations, and reporting Conduct client and homeowner meetings Manage listings, pricing strategies, and marketing performance Ensure compliance with local bylaws, licensing, and regulations Resolve operational and guest-related issues, including after-hours matters Oversee onboarding and setup of new properties Maintain accurate records across property management and accounting platforms

Requirements

Proven experience in property management (vacation rental experience strongly preferred) Strong accounting and financial management knowledge Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Valid work permit Full, valid driver's license Stable local accommodation Must be able to work
