Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team at M.D. AUTO in Regina, SK. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while contributing to our mission of creating a family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily operations of the autobody shop and inspection station. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and communication. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding services and products Order parts and supplies as required, ensuring timely and accurate procurement Prepare quotations and estimates for customers based on job requirements and pricing guidelines Create and issue invoices with attention to detail and accuracy Handle and organize all related paperwork, including work orders, parts receipts, and customer records Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both digital and physical) for all documents Support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive or related industry. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and staff alike.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
