You as a QA/QC Manager will:




Oversee and manage the quality control and assurance processes for all part of construction projects, ensuring adherence to standards, regulations, specifications, drawings, and best practices Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system that spans all phases of the construction projects, from planning to completion Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement among the project teams, promoting best practices and proactive problem-solving approaches. Train and develop project teams on quality-related procedures and methodologies. Address any non-conformance issues promptly and develop effective corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks.

Is this the right role for you?




Proven experience (8+ years) as a Quality Manager in managing large-scale construction projects. Background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems is a definite plus. Strong knowledge of construction quality management standards, processes, and tools. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple scope simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results. Knowledge on ISO and CSA is a must.
