In this role you will:



Set strategic and tactical goals in alignment with the company's business objectives Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, develop innovative solutions, and drive them to completion Manage performance, training, and development of direct and indirect staff across a 24/7 operation Foster continuous learning on your team through cross training and skill development Coordinate with other departments to maximize output and minimize downtime

You have:



Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management 5 plus years' experience leading a team in a production environment, including creating growth plans, implementing performance management, and developing training programs A curiosity about the everyday tasks and functions that take place across all aspects of production The scheduling flexibility to connect with teammates, including night shift, to support engagement and team synergy
