ABOUT THE ROLE

Power Factors continues its growth, and we are looking for a passionate, driven, and talented person to help us build our next generation of Bluepoint product. Bluepoint is a comprehensive commercial asset management platform designed to optimize the performance and efficiency of power plants.

As a product manager of Bluepoint, you will take responsibility for defining, prioritizing, and driving the execution of the vision for BluePoint, our commercial asset management platform for renewable energy assets. You will create product specifications in the form of epics, user stories, wireframes and UI prototypes and manage the product backlog to put the product roadmap into effect. You will

also work with customer success, sales, marketing, and engineering on product development during the discovery phase to identify requirements for product features.

You will be part of the team that defines the product strategy, and the key results and outcomes that will ensure a high level of quality. In this role, you will work with a team that delivers solutions that help our customers manage their renewable portfolio in a constantly changing and growing energy market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a clear and compelling product strategy for Bluepoint that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business goals. Continuously refine and communicate the product vision to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to release. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features
  • Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to prioritize and deliver on the roadmap.
  • Define product outcomes that help us progress towards achieving our global business objectives;
  • Own, collaborate, prioritize, and develop your product backlog and communicate with our colleagues from cross-functional teams to ensure everyone understands the why behind each key item;
  • Monitor key metrics related to usage and user experience to improve the product.
  • Contribute to internal & external documentation of capabilities and functionality
  • Defining and refining technical requirements in Jira to align with the release plan and product roadmap
  • Enable cross-functional teams at launch time across product, analytics, development, marketing, sales, implementation, and customer success to deliver product releases;
REQUIREMENTS
  • Hold a bachelor\'s degree in engineering or Computer Science, or in a related field;
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management preferably with a focus on software products in the renewable energy or related industry.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the technology field developing technical specifications, requirements, solutions architectures;
  • Experience in the renewable energy field is considered a strong asset;
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence;
  • Experience in outcome-based product management;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to grasp and clearly communicate complex ideas to different audiences;
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and development teams by driving decision-making and prioritization activities;
  • Effective ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently and simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and timelines;
  • Desire to learn and understand new concepts or technologies quickly.
