What You'll Do:


Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to residential property management Build and maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships Negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms and ensure compliance Collaborate with maintenance and operational teams to meet procurement needs efficiently Oversee and develop a procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Drive cost savings, process improvements, and quality standards across the organization

Who You Are:


Proven experience in procurement within residential property management Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract skills Leadership experience or potential to manage a procurement team in the future Results-driven, with a focus on value, efficiency, and service quality Excellent communicator with keen problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in residential property management Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively Prior leadership or team management experience is preferred Knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance standards, and relevant regulations Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement/software systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
