Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management principles. This role involves supervising staff, managing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive store success and growth.

Duties



Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping Recruit, interview, and train new staff members to maintain a high-performing team Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling, and POS transactions Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to optimize store profitability Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for team development Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Manage purchasing decisions and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels

Qualifications



Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with demonstrated leadership skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising software, and basic math for pricing and bookkeeping tasks Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and sales management Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional activities within a retail setting Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Administrative experience including payroll processing, bookkeeping, and record keeping is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
