This position enables and supports the development of strategic initiatives including championing business cases that support excellence in care delivery, improvement in health outcomes, achievement of standards of care, and goals established by Nova Scotia Health and the Department of Health and Wellness.The Manager oversees network team members to ensure continuous improvement to advance a vision of innovation and academic excellence within the provision of care and champions a learning and research environment across the province that aligns with the current and proposed future state of Nova Scotia Health. The role supports the development of Network strategic directions, fosters Network membership and is responsible for the identification, implementation and day to day management of priority initiatives that align with NSH priorities and business case funding.Responsibilities include the development, maintenance and monitoring of team roles, Provincial Policies and SOP\'s, Standards and accreditation requirements as well as the design and implementation of quality improvement and safety initiatives to support care providers and leaders across NSH.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
