The Manager, Planning & Continuous Improvement plays a pivotal role within Nutrien's Procurement function, leading the development and execution of a Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a fit-for-purpose framework for intake, prioritization, and stewardship of CI initiatives, while facilitating commercial work planning across various procurement groups. As a trusted partner and strategic advisor, you will support leadership in decision-making, visioning, and roadmap development for Procurement.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in procurement processes, tools, and data, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels-including senior leadership-within both Procurement and business.
