Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Performance, the Manager, Planning and Performance will focus on improving process, communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for the broader Commercial team.
Key Accountabilities
Develop reporting tools to assist in a daily, weekly, and period KPI tracking;
Support and improve reporting required for Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings as well as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings;
Support in the annual budgeting & account planning process and monthly LE's;
Assist in putting together data to support business cases;
Help with the training and on-boarding of the Commercial Team;
Support development of content for semi-annual meetings for the Commercial Team;
Requirements
University Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred;
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a sales role, sales operations, sales strategy, or related;
Strong analytical and communication skills.
