Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.:16 month contract opportunityAs the Manager, People Operations, HR Shared Services, you provide overall leadership, coaching and direction in the delivery of efficient, accurate and employee-centric HR business processes for employees in Canada, United States, Ireland, and Bermuda.You are responsible for a team that has depth and breadth of knowledge in HR policy administration, HR information systems (Workday and ADP GlobalView), and bidirectional system integrations across Payroll, Pension and Benefits functions.You play a key role in delivering on service partnership agreements and key performance indicators.
