Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.:16 month contract opportunityAs the Manager, People Operations, HR Shared Services, you provide overall leadership, coaching and direction in the delivery of efficient, accurate and employee-centric HR business processes for employees in Canada, United States, Ireland, and Bermuda.You are responsible for a team that has depth and breadth of knowledge in HR policy administration, HR information systems (Workday and ADP GlobalView), and bidirectional system integrations across Payroll, Pension and Benefits functions.You play a key role in delivering on service partnership agreements and key performance indicators. You\xe2\x80\x99ll use data insights to identify and implement improvements to HR business processes across the employee life cycle.You will contribute to our vision to make Sun Life a place for top talent, by building a flexible and adaptable workforce, and enabling the development of future leaders. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
