Roles and Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Ensure right talent is hired and staffing levels are optimally maintained by effectively executing recruitment and selection processes and strategies.
xc2xb7 Manage the full cycle recruiting efforts for all distribution positions including interviews, debrief, offer preparation etc.
xc2xb7 Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and effective integration into the organization.
xc2xb7 Build strong, collaborative relationships with Operations leaders, providing coaching and support to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance.
xc2xb7 Manage employee relations matters; conduct internal investigations with a focus on fair and timely resolution.
xc2xb7 Support and drive the delivery of core HR programs for assigned client group, including Wage Grid Increases, Salary Review, Org Design, Talent Assessments/Calibrations, 360 reviews, Engagement Action planning etc.
xc2xb7 Leverage data and analytics to help identify trends and provide insights that influence business decisions.
xc2xb7 Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and consistency.
xc2xb7 Facilitate training sessions as required.
xc2xb7 Collaborate with Disability Management and Safety team to manage work / non-work-related claims and return-to-work processes.
Required Skills:
xc2xb7 3-5 years HR Generalist/Business Partner experience, preferably in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment.
xc2xb7 Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and handling employee relations matters.
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent development, employee engagement and performance management.
xc2xb7 Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, particularly those applicable to Alberta and Saskatchewan.
xc2xb7 Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at various levels of the organization.
xc2xb7 Proficient in using MS Excel and MS Outlook; experience with Workday, and time & attendance applications is preferred
xc2xb7 University degree and/or college diploma in Business/Human Resources.
xc2xb7 Excellent communication, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
