WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR The Manager, Partnerships - Canada and LATAM is responsible for contributing to the development of strategic, 360\xc2\xb0, omni Go To Market plans for their respective retailers that maximize brand accessibility and drive rank gain and market share growth in North America.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office. WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Play a key role in Canada and LaTam omni channel programming with a focus on best in class retail account partnership, fostering excellent working relationships with all members of Merchant teams
  • Participate in sales forecasting, ensuring appropriate stock levels are being met in stores/online by consistently monitoring shipments, changes in product availability, proactively identifying OOS product risks or up ticks in demand and manage non-productive inventory
  • Work on the sell in and sell through strategies in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance teams for the retail accounts across both B&M and Dot com to support omni revenue and growth targets
  • Oversee omni product assortments maximizing productivity, mix, and presentation driving innovation focused on optimizing current programs, and building/ testing new programs and opportunities
  • Work closely with Field Force working in collaboration with the Education team to ensure they are equipped with best in class education tools and uphold VM execution to drive B&M market share. Collaborate with Field and Education Teams to ideate and execute best in class in-store and virtual events. Track and optimize tiered launch event strategies
  • Build in partnership with the Senior Manager of Partnerships, CAN and Director of Brand, Americas key marketing initiatives for each account, defining innovative and best in class retail plans and digital campaigns, supporting retailer activity calendars and defining total retail promotional strategy and activations
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional departments including: Design, Retail, Retail Operations, L&D, Supply, Logistics, PR / Comms and Digital to develop robust programs to help aid brand awareness and education
  • Collaborate with leadership on feedback, sales analysis, key business planning initiatives, and strategy to equip field sales team with the necessary reporting and tools to successfully increase sell-through
  • Input to business planning for retail targets, promotional volumes, and launch activities
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional departments including: Design, Retail, Retail Operations, L&D, Supply, Logistics, PR / Comms and Digital to help aid our distribution expansion, brand elevation and education with retail and distribution partners
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
  • 3+ years work experience in a similar role, having worked with key account retailers
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong understanding of planning and forecasting, as well as a proven track record of maximizing sales opportunities with key accounts
  • Strong Strategic thinker, with extensive ability to operationalize, leveraging excellence in time management, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines in an unstructured environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral with the ability to work with all levels of staff and management across various departments
  • Proficient word processing skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
