Job Description


As Paystone\xe2\x80\x99s Manager, Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for converting prospects into qualified leads through partner marketing channels. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work on maintaining our existing programs and channels and be responsible for identifying and testing new partner community marketing initiatives to grow our pipeline of prospects.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for activating marketing relationships to drive awareness, enablement and demand generation via our partner ecosystem. This person is the liaison between the partnerships, marketing, and sales teams to develop engaging partner marketing strategies and initiatives to grow our partner program. You must think creatively, plan strategically, and organize logistics to bring partner activities to life.

Also, the Manager of Partner Marketing will execute a strategy of customer-driven growth - ensuring that every customer brings us one more customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute lead generation activities across our partner\xe2\x80\x99s marketing channels, including social, blogs, podcasts, events, webinars, live streams and other media as required.
  • Build large-scale strategies for major partners to showcase the importance of reputation marketing and customer-driven growth.
  • Active co-marketing of NiceJob in our partners\xe2\x80\x99 user groups and community channels.
  • Act as a project manager, helping Partner Account managers understand the steps required to accomplish their planned activities.
  • Discover and plan appearances and sponsorships at major exhibitions and tradeshows.
  • Discover and foster brand ambassadors, and help amplify their voice and message on their social media channels and our partner communities.
  • Continually test, monitor, scale and optimize performance for all partner marketing programs.
  • Determine, report, and calculate the appropriate measurable goals and metrics for partner community marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Manage GTM launches of new tech ecosystem integrations, and manage NiceJob\xe2\x80\x99s listings on external app stores and marketplaces.
  • Implement social listening and engagement strategies in partner-affiliated online communities.
  • Lead, coach, and grow the partner marketing team as required.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • 1+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Content production abilities include copywriting, graphic design, video editing, web design and print production.
  • Experience with social media, trade shows and brand ambassadors is an asset.
  • Data-driven and creative, you employ creativity to try new things and think outside of the box.
  • Humility and curiosity - always looking to learn and grow with little to no ego.
  • Concise, articulate, and confident communication skills.
