Our Technology Risk Consulting services team is growing, and we are looking for Manager to join our team in Toronto. The Technology Risk Consulting practice provides a variety of services for our clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding enterprise applications including Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and other critical business platforms. You will help drive efforts to secure environments, improve security testing and governance, risk, and compliance. This role demands a proactive person who can design, implement, and test robust security configurations and access controls, specifically in Oracle Fusion, to meet unique client security requirements.
What you will do:
Lead client engagements to implement Oracle security, ensuring that deliverables meet the standards and requirements agreed by the client.
Lead business process controls, including requirements gathering, controls design, integration testing, and problem resolution.
Review new and existing systems for adequacy of controls, security, operational considerations, and project management.
Evaluate inherent and residual risks based on automated controls in Oracle environments.
Provide security advisory services, including implementation of Oracle controls and risk consulting practice development.
Engagement risk management: quality assurance through file review, engagement planning, development and monitoring, engagement profitability - Simultaneously deliver multiple client engagements of varying size, scope, and complexity.
Business development: taking a proactive role in the business community to increase awareness of the firm's services and level of commitment to the local market, developing and maturing relationships with internal staff and clients, developing proposals, identifying and pursuing opportunities to increase the practice's penetration in the public and private sector.
Service Delivery: conducting research, performing technical testing, writing reports, conducting interviews, and communicating regularly with clients and resources.
Coach and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business resilience and information protection initiatives.
What you bring to this role:
University degree in Business or Computer Science degree.
Certified in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional is preferred
Oracle RMC Certification or related systems
5-8 years of relevant experience in security and advisory of Oracle systems and processes including:
+ Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, CX security and business process controls.
+ Experience security and controls assessment and segregation of duties assessments
+ Knowledge of Oracle HCM and ERP processes and understanding of automated business process controls
Experienced with Oracle Cloud Risk Management Cloud (RMC) design, implementation or assessment experience, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC).
Experience within a medium-large consulting practice is an asset.
Strong understanding and experience with Oracle implementation project management.
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Ability to work both independently, with little supervision and within a team environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to effectively express insights.
Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organization and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of business and audit risks.
Has a high degree of personal confidence, enthusiasm and drive. Willingness and ability to travel both within Canada and internationally.
