What is the opportunity?




As a Manager, Operational Financial Analytics on the Operational Data, Information & AI (ODIA) team within Personal & Commercial Operations (PCO), you will help partners articulate a clear path through uncertainty and accelerate decision making by providing critical insights, financial connectivity, and thought leadership. You will support the development of executive-level insights to inform strategy & drive financial clarity across the PCO portfolio and collaborate with key partners to define & deliver on relevant metrics, evaluate cost-benefit profiles, and establish a shared source of truth for Operations financial performance anchored in data.

What will you do?



Support the preparation & distribution of critical PCO-level reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to drive visibility into overall business performance & associated top-line KPIs Act as a key contributor to strategic projects by conducting financial analysis, evaluating outcomes & targets, and providing though leadership to enable PCO strategic outcomes Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains across operations Anchor financial performance in data by leveraging analytics to monitor, evaluate, and optimize operational and financial outcomes Collaborate cross-functionally with data experts and business partners, effectively managing multiple priorities, ad-hoc requests, and long-term initiatives in a fast-paced environment

What will you need to succeed?



Must-have



Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data to drive decision making Effective communication skills (oral and written) and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve detailed challenges and/or complex issues Solid grasp of operational processes and associated metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs) and their relationship to financial results Previous experience with business case development and investment/benefit tracking Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice to have



Personal and Commercial Banking Operations experience Working proficiency with SQL, Python and/or Tableau Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related quantitative field
