And we do all this with an unrivalled sense of urgency that our clients love about us.The opportunityThe Manager, Operations Analytics role plays a critical part in driving, developing, and managing the operations analytics practice. This includes the creation of insights and predictive analytics to empower decision makers at all levels (including Centralized Operations Group, Banking Centres, region, senior leaders, and executive) and to deliver on key strategic objectives.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doingOperations Content Management

  • Lead our operations content management refresh initiative and develop our new content management platform for operating procedures in Microsoft SharePoint Online.
  • Establish a content management framework to ensure our operational content can be created, published, and maintained in a sustainable manner.
  • Develop technical standards within SharePoint Online to ensure consistent creation, storage, and publishing of operations content.
  • Liaise with various stakeholder groups (Knowledge Specialists, Product Management, Operations, Learning & Development, etc.) for input and feedback on the requirements and design of the new platform.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and transition of operations content from our existing platform to the new platform.
  • Lead the deployment of the new operations content management platform to the Business.
Analytics
  • Build an Operations Analytics practice/function, in collaboration with other Analytics teams within CWB.
  • Lead and provide expertise to the application of advanced analytics capabilities and other predictive methodologies to improve services and grow the business.
  • Have ownership and accountability of the design and development of analytical tools to create insights that empower decision makers at all levels within CWB.
  • Support data analysis, application development, process automation, and reporting initiatives.
  • Drive system enhancements (ServiceNow, T24) for better reporting mechanisms and process improvements within Operations to reduce risks and improve controls.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT partners and other Data Science teams, within CWB to design and develop process automation, orchestration, and analytics platforms.
  • Provide analytics training to team members to advance the team\xe2\x80\x99s analytics competency.
Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for & what you\xe2\x80\x99ve doneProfessional Knowledge
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer sciences, business, mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in operations within banking and regulatory compliance
  • Minimum of 5 years of data analytics experience
  • Advanced skills with MS Office suite of products; specifically, SharePoint Online, Excel, Power Automate, and PowerBI.
  • Coding skills in VBA, SQL, and DAX
  • R and Python skills
  • Experience in database and/or reporting environments incorporating Microsoft SQL Server technology.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and other automation or analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma Methodology \xe2\x80\x93 Yellow Belt
