Position Summary



Be the Heart of Student Success at Oulton College!



Located in Moncton, NB, this full-time leadership role is perfect for someone who is passionate about shaping a dynamic and supportive student experience from enrollment through to graduation and employment. As the Manager of Student Affairs, you'll lead initiatives that support both domestic and international students, building strong connections with faculty, departments, and employers to foster an inclusive, success-driven environment. More than just managing a department, this role places you at the heart of institutional retention, culture, and student well-being, aligning your leadership with Oulton College's mission to empower learners every step of the way.

Key Accountabilities



Support student success from pre-arrival through graduation with services for housing, preparedness, and well-being Build employer partnerships and lead job readiness initiatives, including coaching and networking Oversee experiential learning programs like co-ops and service projects Foster student engagement through inclusive campus life and mental health supports Lead retention strategies and support at-risk students Supervise staff and ensure alignment with college goals Advocate for student needs while promoting diversity and inclusion Ensure compliance with policies and provide immigration-related guidance

Qualifications



University education in a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an education or training-focused environment. Background in Education or Human Services is considered an asset.
