is looking for a Manager of Service to ensure that the Service Department runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, while running at maximum capacity.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE



Lead a diverse team of technicians and service support staff Recruitment, Mentoring, Training, Performance Management and Retention of staff Control resources and utilize assets to deliver financial bottom-line results Improve the customer service experience, develop customer relationships, and facilitate growth Attend and participate in all safety meetings and promote and ensure team abides by safety policies Take ownership of customer issues and follow up through to resolution Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Monitor and control the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and KPI's Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department Maintain open communications and good relationships with other department personnel - Parts, Sales, Administration, and Credit Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other locations. Work with the service management team to build consistency in service delivery across our 5 locations Implement and maintain our OEM best practices and processes

WHAT YOU BRING



Minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Service Manager preferred Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in the heavy truck/equipment or related industry preferred Education in business administration or a HET / CT ticket preferred Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports Strong business ethics with a professional approach at all times Function well with large volume and fast-paced work environment Working knowledge of computers and customer service software Strong written and oral communication
