The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Services, this position provides strategic consultation and planning services to the City Manager, General Managers, and Managers on a wide range of People & Culture programs including employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, organizational design, change management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, legislative compliance, workplace wellbeing, and the City's health and safety program.
