Role Summary: :



As the Manager of Learning & Development, you will play a key role in driving the organization's learning strategy and fostering a culture of continuous growth. You'll design, deliver, and oversee leadership development, onboarding, and role-based training programs that empower employees, close skill gaps, and align with business priorities.



Key Responsibilities:


Learning Strategy & Program Design:

+ Design and develop impactful training programs, workshops, and resources--including leadership development, onboarding, and blended learning solutions--in alignment with organizational goals and the L&D strategy.
+ Conduct needs assessments with business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
+ Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design content that aligns with compliance, industry standards, and company policies.

Training Delivery & Facilitation:

+ Deliver leadership and role-based training programs to diverse audiences across the organization.
+ Facilitate engaging in-person, virtual, and blended sessions using adult-learning best practices.
+ Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job support to participants when needed.

Program Management & Operations:

+ Manage end-to-end logistics, scheduling, and communication for live and virtual training programs.
+ Design and oversee onboarding programs that reduce time-to-productivity and improve retention.
+ Build and update training materials, including decks, eLearning modules, and facilitator guides.
+ Coordinate multiple L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.

+ Create visually clear job aids, quick reference guides, and multimedia learning assets.
+ Leverage LMS365 to build and manage structured learning paths.

Technology & Measurement:

+ Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS365), including setup, course uploads, learner assignments, tracking, and reporting.
+ Leverage learning technologies and platforms to improve accessibility and efficiency.
+ Measure training effectiveness using models such as Kirkpatrick and Phillips ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Leadership & Collaboration:

+ Partner with the Director of L&D, HR, and senior business leaders to align training initiatives with strategic objectives.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships to support scalable learning solutions.
+ Facilitate leadership-level workshops with confidence and impact.



Requirements: :


5+ years in L&D, talent management, or OD Bachelor's in Education, OD, HR, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience with led cross-functional training initiatives ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or similar advanced credential preferred Kirkpatrick or Phillips ROI Methodology certification is highly desirable Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) a plus
