Development Manager

Are you currently a Development Manager or experienced Assistant Development Manager looking for a position within an established Real Estate Developer building Residential low-rise and mid-rise projects across the GTA and Ontario, where you can manage all development related matters from concept to completion then read on;

Reporting to the Director of Development, as Development Manager, you would be able to providing development expertise and support, at all stages of the crucial phases of a development . From acquisition to final assumption, consultant management, collaborating with internal teams as well as external teams, such as municipal governments, elected officials, architects, planners, etc. in obtaining approvals, registrations and all related land use matters

If you are eager to use your knowledge of residential development management and have a Natural ability to problem solve and can creatively devise solutions along with being Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical then you would be very successful in this position.If you can demonstrate ability to exercise sound judgment, along with excellent negotiation skills and have an ability to establish credibility, trust both internally as well as external contacts.
