Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for a Manager of I.T. to join its Regina team in leading the strategic direction and operational excellence of its technology environment. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a dynamic, service-oriented workplace.

What You Will Do:

Lead Harvard's I.T. operations including infrastructure, networks, business systems, and end-user support Guide a team of I.T. professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture Drive strategic initiatives in cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, and contract performance Support business continuity through disaster recovery planning and risk management Collaborate across departments to deliver system upgrades, data workflows, and reporting enhancements Explore opportunities to integrate AI and automation tools to improve internal processes

What You Will Bring:

8+ years of progressive I.T. experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Proven expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems Strong technical knowledge with a practical understanding of AI/ML applications Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver complex projects Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, or CISSP are considered an asset
