The Opportunity: Manager of Finance Location: Full Time - Windsor, Ontario What You\'ll Be Doing: Reporting to the Executive Director, in this pivotal role, you\'ll be at the helm of our financial and operational groups. Collaborating closely with our Executive Director, you\'ll analyze financial data with the precision of a maestro, turning it into insights that propel us forward. Budgets, long-term financial plans, compliance \xe2\x80\x93 you\'ll make it all look like a finely orchestrated symphony. Your expertise will drive decision-making, enabling us to deliver even greater impact. You\'ll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring our fiscal soundness and operational effectiveness. What We\'re Looking For: * Education: Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred) * Experience: Ten years in financial management, with a proven track record * Expertise: You\'re well-versed in accounting systems, budgets, internal controls, and business planning * Diversity Champion: Understanding of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity work?
