With multiple brand-specific websites and a growing online presence, we are looking for a hands-on digital leader who can take our eCommerce marketing to the next level.
Position Overview
The Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce will act as the quarterback for our digital business, overseeing the marketing performance and growth of each brand's website. This is not just a strategy role -- we are looking for a doer with strong technical execution skills who can also lead a team. You will own the digital marketing strategy, budget allocation, campaign execution, and performance optimization across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will also coordinate with brand partners on launches and ensure our websites are built to maximize conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
o Digital Marketing Leadership
o Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies for multiple brand websites.
o Manage budgets across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels to maximize ROI.
o Coordinate with brand partners on product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
o Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights to improve results.
o Hands-On Technical Execution
o Build and manage campaigns in Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads.o Create and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.
o Manage and optimize eCommerce storefronts on Shopify to improve conversion rates.
o Team Leadership & Collaboration
o Lead, coach, and support the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
o Work cross-functionally with buying, creative, and operations teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
o Mentor junior team members and oversee training to ensure skills growth and autonomy.
Qualifications
o 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
o Proven track record managing Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook Ad Manager, and Google Ads.
o Demonstrated ability to grow eCommerce revenue and improve conversion rates.
o Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
o Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and mentor team members.
o Data-driven decision-maker with a balance of creative and analytical skills.
o Self-starter with high initiative; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
