We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering positive relationships. Responsibilities

Creating and tracking work orders for tenants and condo owners Following up on open work orders and billing for completed tasks Scheduling routine inspections and routine preventative maintenance at properties Obtaining quotes and defining the scope of work for renovation projects Scheduling a dynamic maintenance team in the most efficient way possible Co-ordination with the Property Manager in having work orders completed and tracked to provide excellent customer service Billing work orders when completed Arranging for suite inspections and follow up work orders, while billing the work orders to the party responsible Writing letters, scheduling appointments & communicating with tenants and homeowners

Skills

Exceptional customer service, time management and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Able to work independently and in a team oriented environment Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Possesses Intermediate to advanced computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel) Experience with the Yardi software program would be an asset
