Duties:
Supervising and managing the company\'s assurance practice, which includes maintaining quality control and constantly enhancing the assurance process of the company.
Organizing and managing teams to surpass client expectations while maintaining adherence to professional standards
Making the most of engagement resources to maximize engagement profitability.
Demonstrating leadership inside the company by actively participating in the creation and implementation of the company\'s business plan.
Overseeing and coaching an accounting team, including reviewing complicated accounting files and assurance
The chance to serve as an external quality control representative for external business partners, such as other companies
Keeping up and improving a staff education program to help them acquire new skills that will support outside learning initiatives.
Recognizing upcoming technologies, industry advancements, business trends, and critical performance drivers in the client\'s industry
Taking the lead in the practice\'s coaching and performance management process by giving team members regular feedback, holding prompt performance evaluations, and offering training to advance the team.
Remaining up to date on overall business and economic trends and how they affect our clients
Building enduring networks and connections both inside and beyond the company.
Using technology to improve service delivery, share knowledge with team members, and learn new things all the time.
Establishing yourselves as the go-to business advisors in important areas of our expanding practice
Requirements:
A certification in professional accounting (CPA, CA)
A minimum of four to five years of experience working as a public accounting firm auditor
Having experience with taxes and accounting is beneficial.
A thorough understanding of and adherence to pertinent laws, rules, and corporate governance specifications
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing abilities; a team player
Outstanding project management abilities, such as the capacity for multitasking and meeting deadlines
Proven abilities in coaching, inspiring others, and leadership
