Salon Manager - Nail Salon

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Salon Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of our nail salon, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a positive, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Answer and manage phone calls, messages, and appointment inquiries. Handle scheduling and manage customer bookings efficiently. Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Salon Operations:

Supervise daily salon activities and ensure smooth workflow. Support and motivate staff to deliver top-quality services. Manage salon cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment. Team Management: Coordinate schedules and ensure proper shift coverage. Foster teamwork, communication, and a positive salon culture. Assist with staff training and performance feedback.

Administrative & Technical Skills:

Use Microsoft Excel and Word for basic reports and records. Create or edit visual materials using Canva (promotions, social posts, etc.). Maintain accurate appointment logs and customer records. Social Media & Marketing: Take high-quality photos of nails and salon services for social media. Post and engage on salon social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Help promote new services, offers, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Customer service experience in a salon, spa, or retail environment preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Canva. Familiar with social media platforms and content creation. Excellent multitasking, time management, and leadership skills. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
