Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to manage various aspects of store management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively oversee daily operations while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties



Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Manage and mentor staff, including recruiting, training, and development to enhance team performance. Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Conduct regular inventory assessments and manage purchasing decisions to maintain optimal stock levels. Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms for purchasing and pricing. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to achieve sales goals. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe working environment. Foster open communication within the team to encourage collaboration and address any issues promptly.

Requirements



Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. Proficient in administrative tasks including bookkeeping, budgeting, and payroll management. Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential. Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities. Experience in sales management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is required.
