Job Description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards; to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards; to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy; supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them; to plan the budget for the pharmacy.

To hold this position, the person must:

have management experience.
