We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations across our retail or service-oriented business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of store management, sales strategies, and customer service. Duties



Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of customer service. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, fostering a positive work environment. Manage payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks including bookkeeping and record-keeping. Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to maximize sales and profitability. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and reporting. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients. Conduct training and development sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and excellent communication skills. Maintain organizational efficiency through time management and prioritization of tasks. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies across all store activities.

Qualifications



Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role with supervising experience preferred. Strong skills in negotiation, merchandising, sales management, and marketing. Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative functions. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of team management and training & development. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse customer bases. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in pricing, inventory control, and budgeting. Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing; ability to motivate staff through coaching. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, payroll processing, and store management is highly desirable. This position is integral to the success of our business operations by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while driving sales growth through effective team leadership and operational oversight.
