Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of our Shawarma fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, ensure excellent food quality and service, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires strong leadership, operational experience, and a passion for hospitality and food service.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including opening/closing procedures Ensure food is prepared according to brand and health standards Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the restaurant Ensure high levels of customer service and teamwork Lead by example with hands-on involvement in the restaurant when needed Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and professional service Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a positive and effective manner Maintain high levels of product quality and consistency

Requirements

Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant required Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Basic understanding of food costing, inventory management, and scheduling Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Must own a car and have a valid driver's license

Preferred Skills

Experience with Middle Eastern cuisine or shawarma operations (an asset) Food Handler Certification Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
