We're looking for a passionate and experienced

Barista with strong leadership skills

to join our team at

Good Earth Coffeehouse

inside Credit Valley Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead by example while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso-based beverages, teas, and food items with care and consistency Lead and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations Provide training, coaching, and guidance to new staff Monitor quality, customer satisfaction, and overall cafe standards Complete scheduling, inventory management, and opening/closing responsibilities Foster a positive, welcoming, and professional environment for both customers and staff

What We're Looking For:

Previous barista experience (required) Proven leadership or managerial experience in a cafe/restaurant/food service setting Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment A passion for great coffee, food, and customer service Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
