What you\xe2\x80\x99ll doAs the Manager of Media Strategy & Planning, you will lead media planning for all advertising campaigns run by CTC\xe2\x80\x99s retail media network, Triangle Retail Media (TRM). Your media planning expertise will be used to understand TRM\xe2\x80\x99s clients\xe2\x80\x99 goals and build campaigns that can exceed their performance expectations. You will lead a team of planners to build and set up the campaigns, as well as support generation of insights on performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include:Leading a team to build advertising campaigns using TRM\xe2\x80\x99s onsite and offsite suite of products, setting up campaigns to reach TRM\xe2\x80\x99s clients objectives (e.g., awareness, conversion), including developing recommendations on budget allocation across ad products, building audience, and campaign flighting strategyWorking closely with the Activation team to ensure campaigns are executed as plannedPartnering closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and proactively recommending new campaign set-ups to reach their objectivesProactively seeking opportunities to enhance campaign planning processes, methods, systems and/or services by defining standard operating procedures to better serve the business & our partnersLeveraging campaign planning tools to provide strategic direction on tactics in media plansPresenting research, insights, campaign performance and recommendations to key internal and external stakeholdersBuilding and developing an integrated planning team accountable for leading the preparation, writing, and presentation of integrated media plans, proposals and analysis that satisfy client objectivesWorking media partners (e.g., Meta, Google, Criteo, Pinterest, Flipp, 3rd party vendors) to refine TRM\xe2\x80\x99s strategic roadmapSharing case examples of campaign performance and aggregated performance trends in regular business reviews with key stakeholdersWhat you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring5+ years of experience in advertising campaign planning in the digital media/advertising industry, with a strong preference for experience in retail media networksDeep knowledge of campaign planning tools and optimization strategiesDeep technical knowledge of campaign planning tools and optimization strategies in digital advertising with an excitement to produce meaningful insights, counsel and planning for our partners\xe2\x80\x99 business objectivesHistory of creating high ROAS media plans and targeting recommendationsPeople leadership skills with experience managing 2-3 junior planning team membersCritical thinking skills with an ability to tackle unique projects with a positive and problem-solving mindsetFast learner with ability to establish relationships quickly and manage projects under pressureResults and detail oriented, expects and requires innovation from their teamBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree requiredHybridWe value flexibility.
