Resume du Poste




Le/la Responsable Marketing est charge(e) d'executer des plans et des activites marketing strategiques alignes sur les objectifs de Belanger. Il/elle lancera et gerera de nouveaux produits, services et marques associees, en plus de mettre en oeuvre des initiatives de contenu produit afin de maintenir et developper le canal de commerce electronique.

Responsabilites du Poste



Lancer, developper et mettre en oeuvre des programmes marketing, incluant le commerce electronique, le numerique, le publipostage, les ventes corporatives, les salons et congres, les ateliers, les publicites imprimees, les outils de vente et d'autres initiatives. Developper des plans marketing en respectant les contraintes budgetaires. S'assurer que les etapes cles des projets sont respectees et que les budgets approuves sont suivis. Gerer les subordonnes directs, incluant l'approbation des conges, la gestion de la performance et les mesures disciplinaires. Examiner et attribuer (via Wrike) toutes les taches entrantes aux membres de l'equipe et/ou aux parties concernees. Preparer et livrer divers rapports a la haute direction et/ou aux parties prenantes internes. Soutenir les proprietes numeriques et les initiatives des clients avec du contenu et des ressources engageants qui renforcent notre marque et stimulent le processus d'achat. Soutenir l'equipe de gestion des donnees de reference (MDM) dans la maintenance des systemes de gestion de l'information produit (PIM) afin de cultiver, cataloguer et livrer efficacement tous les actifs marketing numeriques. Saisir et maintenir le catalogue de produits en ligne directement dans le systeme de gestion de contenu de l'entreprise ainsi que dans les portails des fournisseurs. Collaborer avec des partenaires externes pour des activites marketing conjointes. S'assurer que tous les produits, services et autres offres sont conformes a l'identite de la marque et assurer une gestion continue de celle-ci. Collaborer avec les equipes internes pour rassembler les ressources et fournir les directives necessaires a la mise en oeuvre des strategies de contenu. Surveiller, evaluer et faire rapport sur les activites des concurrents et les tendances de l'industrie, et formuler des recommandations basees sur des analyses de donnees. Autres taches connexes.

Connaissances et Experience




Exigees :

3 a 5 ans d'experience en marketing incluant : responsabilite en marketing numerique, collaboration avec des agences externes, creation de contenu et technologies marketing. Bonne comprehension de l'environnement numerique, des technologies et des facteurs de reussite pour le developpement de la marque dans le digital. Excellentes competences en gestion de projets, gestion des priorites, multitaches et gestion du temps pour respecter les delais. Bilinguisme francais et anglais.

Atouts :

1 a 3 ans d'experience en supervision. Experience avec Google Analytics, marketing de contenu, systemes PIM (ex. : Salsify). Connaissance de l'industrie de la plomberie et des marches ou segments similaires lies a la construction. Experience de travail avec des detaillants en renovation domiciliaire.

Formation et Certification



Baccalaureat ou certification en marketing, publicite, ventes ou administration des affaires, ou equivalent.

Position Summary




The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing strategic marketing plans and activities that align with Belanger's goals. They will launch and manage new products, services, and associated brands in addition to executing product content initiatives to maintain and grow the E-commerce channel.

Position Responsibilities



Initiate research, development, and implementation of marketing programs, including E-commerce, digital, direct mail, corporate sales, tradeshows & conventions, workshops, print advertisements, sales tools, and other initiatives. Develop marketing plans within budget requirements. Ensure project milestones are met and adhere to approved budgets. Manage direct reports including time off approvals, performance management and disciplinary matters. Review and assign (using Wrike) all incoming tasks to team members and/or applicable parties. Prepare and deliver various reports and share with senior management and/or internal stakeholders. Support customers' digital properties and initiatives with engaging content and assets that build our brand and stimulate the purchase process. Support the master data management team (MDM) in the maintenance of applicable product information management (PIM) systems to effectively cultivate, catalogue, and deliver all digital marketing assets. Enter and maintain online product catalog directly in company Content Management System, as well as vendor portals. Collaborate with external partners for joint marketing activities. Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity and conduct ongoing brand management. Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets and provide direction as needed to implement content strategies. Monitor, evaluate and report on competitor activities and industry trends, and make recommendations based on data driven analysis. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience




Required:

3-5 years of marketing experience including: digital marketing responsibility, working with outside agencies, content creation and marketing technology. Understanding of the digital landscape, technology, and drivers of success for brand building in the digital space. Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines. Bilingual French and English

Preferred:

1 to 3 years supervisory experience preferred Experience with Google Analytics, Content marketing, PIM systems (Salsify) Knowledge of plumbing industry and markets or similar construction related segments Experience working with home improvements retailers

Education and Certification



Bachelor's degree or certification in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
