The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Innovation, this role leads a high-performing Marketing & Communications team responsible for shaping and delivering integrated marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels. You'll guide marketing efforts across the Bank's product lines and distribution channels, bringing clarity, coordination, and momentum to complex initiatives.
This is a highly visible role where you'll connect strategy to execution--building cohesive, wide-reaching marketing plans that directly support Bridgewater Bank's strategic goals and continued growth.
