Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the business
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and profitability
- Oversee administrative tasks, including record keeping, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure that all employees are trained and performing their duties effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by phone and in person
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform basic math calculations
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in a managerial role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for financial record keeping and inventory management
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
