Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities:

- Reports/works with General Manager to ensure all FOH duties are executed

Ensures service standards are consistently met and that activities are carried our

effectively

Inspect dining room and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and

safety regulations

Keeps track of FOH food and beverage needs, supervises intake orders

Reviews financial information such as sales, inventory and costs to monitor

budges

Manage FOH staff schedule

Meets with FOH staff and GM and Owner Operators to plan restaurant activities,

special events, share information, etc.

Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment

Works as a liaison with BOH management

Balance reservations to maximize sales while also meeting customer needs and

expectations

Skills:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

- Proficient in using phone systems for effective communication.

- Knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience in conducting interviews and hiring new employees
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly
- Multilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
