What will be your daily pursuit?:
We are seeking a data-driven, guest-obsessed Lifecycle Marketing & Automation Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Pursuit's lifecycle marketing program with a key focus on email and SMS marketing. In this role, you will own guest engagement, retention, and reactivation--leveraging automation, behavioral triggers, AI and 1:1 personalization to deliver seamless, multi-channel experiences at scale.
This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives while executing with precision.
