THE OPPORTUNITY
The Manager, Learning, Well-being & Engagement provides strategic and operational leadership for programs that enhance the employee experience and ensure a safe, healthy, and high-performing workplace. This role oversees three key portfolios -- learning and development, employee engagement and well-being (occupational health and safety) -- aligning them to the hospital's mission, values, and strategic priorities.
The Manager plays a pivotal role in building a culture of safety, belonging, and continuous learning. Through partnership with leaders, unions, and employees across the organization, this role ensures that programs and practices support staff development, organizational effectiveness, and the physical and psychological well-being of all team members.
