The Opportunity:
We are looking for a detailed oriented
Manager, Land Administration
to join our team in the Calgary South office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in land services. Responsibilities:
Oversee and streamline all land-related administrative functions, including land title management, lease agreements, easements, right-of-way documentation, regulatory compliance, and team member coordination.
Manage team of land administrators and support staff
Develop and implement land administration processes, workflows, and systems for data integrity and operational efficiency
Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure proper handling of land rights and obligations
Act as the primary point of contact for land-related administration inquiries
Support internal reporting and project tracking
Represent Millennium Land Ltd. with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills are required to be successful in the position.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Qualifications
Diploma in Land Administration, or something relatable
10+ years of progressive oil and gas experience in land administration
Previous brokerage experience is considered an asset
Strong understanding of land database systems
Strong understanding of Indigenous land rights
Strong understanding of Crown Land in Alberta, including OneStop and AEP application requirements and processes
