- Proficiency in POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with photoshop, excel, word.
- Ability to sell services effectively and drive sales performance Responsibilities: - Greet and warmly welcome clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they enter our premises. - Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, rates, and availability. - Coordinate appointments and manage the booking system efficiently. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our agency. - Uphold confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information. - Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless client experience. Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and staff. - Train, mentor, and supervise a team providing guidance and support to optimize their performance. - Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient use of resources. Requirements: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is highly preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele. - Professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrating a high level of integrity and discretion. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy reception area. - Knowledge of the escort industry or willingness to learn about it. - Proficiency in handling basic office equipment and computer systems. - Recruit, train, and schedule staff effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any escalated issues
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and ordering restock
- Ensure shop cleanliness and organization -Photoshopping, Advertisment writing. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift

Education:

Experience:
