Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and staff. - Train, mentor, and supervise a team providing guidance and support to optimize their performance. - Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient use of resources. Requirements: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is highly preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele. - Professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrating a high level of integrity and discretion. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy reception area. - Knowledge of the escort industry or willingness to learn about it. - Proficiency in handling basic office equipment and computer systems. Answering phones and emails - Recruit, train, and schedule staff effectively - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any escalated issues - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately - Maintain inventory levels and ordering restock - Ensure shop cleanliness and organization -Photoshopping, Advertisment writing.
