The role:
The Manager - IT PMO Analytics - is a key part of the team in charge of (1) Tracking and reporting the key performance indicators; (2) Managing and developing processes to support internal operations (3) Managing stakeholder communications; (4) Deploying key internal strategic initiatives focused on the betterment of ITPMO operating model
What will you do?
Produce and manage portfolio KPIs and financial governance reports provided to IT leadership and Finance partners
Work with key stakeholders (Program / Portfolio Directors) to understand upcoming areas of spend / investment needs
Support the review of forecast on programs / projects monthly
Monitor, maintain, and report on resource utilization
Maintain and improve team databases
Automate and standardize monthly processes
Support continuous improvement activities, drive efficiency, and promote consistency across the IT PMO portfolio
What do you need to succeed?
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
4+ years of experience in project or program management, with a strong focus on financial oversight and reporting.
PMP certification is an Asset.
Proven experience managing financials for complex technology projects or programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; experience with financial tools or ERP systems is an asset.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
